To handle all systems and records of the Clinic process and to provide basic in house emergency and first aid and regular standards health care solutions to students, faculty and administrative staff. the Nurse is responsible to maintain high standards with regards to Medical upkeeping and exceptional customer care support to all AUE stakeholders at the American University in the Emirates. To provide support to the Health & Safety Team, assisting them with Health & Safety orientation and onboarding for new joiners. Responsible for managing the health & safety , reports and providing administrative assistant related to HR functions. The Nurse is responsible to keep tracking and documentation of the employee's clinical insurance policy and assist them with their medical needs and direct them to hospitals and clinics as per their needs. Dubai -Full-time, PermanentDubai - College is seeking to appoint a multi-talented team member from September 2020 (or January 2021 for the right candidate) to continue the outstanding work of the outgoing bursar. In business terms, the bursar is the Chief Operating Officer and is directly responsible to the Head for the operational management of the school. Consequently, the successful applicant will be a highly strategic, commercially astute leader for the 100+ support staff at the school, with the expertise and knowledge to manage and develop skilled administrators as well as other support staff to ensure that teaching staff are able to focus on their core academic imperatives. The modern bursar has a remit which extends far beyond the traditional mandate of budgets, buses and buildings. At Dubai - College the incumbent is a significant strategic leader, second only to the Head in seniority, who sits on the SLT and alongside the Board of Governors. In addition to financial management and controls, premises and health and safety, the successful applicant will have oversight of procurement, logistics, IT, catering, medical, compliance (legal, regulatory and financial) as well as HR.
