Dubai -The NET-A-PORTER team are now seeking a talented Personal Shopper to join the team based in our offices in Dubai -, UAE. Reporting into the Client Relations Executive. You will also have a dotted line to the Client Relations Events and Projects Lead, based in London to ensure full alignment & coordination of all projects in EMEA and APAC. In addition, you will also be a key stakeholder representing CR when liaising with the Personal Shopping (PS), Marketing and the Public Relations (PR) functions, at the early stages of any project/activity. You will As the CR Coordinator you will be part of the initial stages of discussions regarding CR activity, you will be responsible to brief the relevant parties, as well as coordinating any logistics Be hands on with the organising and set up of customer events: Sample request organise logistics and props event set-up venue research and bookings Work alongside the Global Client Relations team Seniors and Execs to support and implement activity from the EMAE CR calendar plan to target key EIP individuals in strategic markets as well as create opportunity and positive experiences for our customers Take initiative to research potential clients that the PS and CR team can strategically target and entice to shop at NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER Providing general administrative support to the CR team: Liaise with the travel team to ensure travel and accommodation is booked accordingly to align with market visits; as well as ensuring all entertaining venues have been booked and are on brand to represent NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER Ensure the CR folders and CR budget are regularly updated Support the Global Director of Client Relations on a weekly/ monthly basis with general admin In order to maintain global reporting alignment, be responsible to create and distribute event round-ups, customer face-boards as necessary, and the CR reports You have You will be a natural leader at coordinating and managing logistic support to a very dynamic team and a people person with high energy and a drive to succeed You will have a proven record of events’ management support. The loans business is an integral part of Retail Banking proposition and constitutes various products and services. Loans is a key life stage product for customers and Emirates NBD's lending options form a critical input for customers while selecting their main financial institution. The Retail asset business provides financial solution to retail banking customers from such as cash support through Personal Loan, Retail SME, OD, Auto Loan, Home Loan etc with structured repayments. Retail Loans is committed to deliver AED 8Bn acquisition FY 2019. Given this Sales investment has been approved to hire additional resources for Business Support to manage the overall Retail Assets Retention and Support digitization initiatives. Retail Loans include Home Loan, Auto Loan, Personal Loan and Overdraft. The Retention provides support to sales in providing tailor made solution to customers for retention by offering attractive rates, fee waivers and/or Top up. The team collaborates with credit unit for any sales support and also provides training to frontline ensuring all are aligned with the policy and processes. Brief Description: The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for working with the product management team for Retail Loans in implementing pricing strategy for all Loan Products in order to maximize profitability and achieve revenue budgets. The role holder will be responsible for the Portfolio management for Home Loan, Personal Loan, Auto Loan and Overdraft. The core responsibility of the Incumbent will be the portfolio and profitability of the Personal loan, Auto Loan and Overdraft book.
