Is ableto make decisions that positively affect the business and the colleague, Isflexible and open to change and discussion. Can fullymanage the pass from FOH and communicate with all people. Supportsthe Outlet Manager in engagement with the team. Coaches and guides team inengaging with each other and colleagues at all times. AboutYou: In orderto be considered for this role you should hold arecognized hotel Degree and at least 3years experienced working in a Restaurant / managing role with standalone/brandedbar/restaurant with a proven track record in working on your way up toyour current position. You mustbe able to interact with all level of colleagues, entry level to seniormanagement, leads by example with strong influencing skills. It isalso essential that you have excellent technical and financial skills aswell as a good command of the English language (verbal and written). Fluency in second language other than English is desirable.
