Job Duties and Responsibilities : • Lead the Finance functions for GEM under ME cluster including Financial Planning & Analysis, Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, 3rd Party Partners and related contract management • Develop, lead and manage a high performance Finance and Customer Service team needed to support the ME business and finance function • Assist Country Controller in review of legal entity gross margins • Ensure Accounts Receivable are under control and mitigate risk of bad debts e.g. AR insurance • Enhance and simplify debit/credit notes process while ensuring strong controls are in place to mitigate risks around it • Roll-out new accounting procedures in the area of Financial Analysis • Improve processes and projection accuracy. Job Requirements and Qualifications : • Experience of working in a multinational company in Finance for at least 10 years • Worked in an international & complex environment • Business knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry including legal, compliance & regulatory requirements • Strong commercial mindset combined with a solid accounting foundation • Successful leadership of multi-functional Finance team • Have the ability and flexibility to adjust plan to a changing environment • The ability to be both clear and concise • University degree / Diploma in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is required • MBA or professional Finance qualification preferred • Full professional proficiency in English • Arabic preferred but not mandatory.
