JumeirahLooking for an Insurance Coordinator cum Accountant for our clinic here Jumeirah 1.with experience in handling claims - Contact insurance companies to verify coverage and fee schedule and complete insurance breakdown accurately and completely - Enter diagnosed treatment plans accurately to the practice software and ensure accuracy of case acceptance is documented by recording accepted and arranged treatment- Present financial arrangements to patients, adhering to practice protocol- Ensure all applicable checklists are completed and charts are maintained and filed daily- Calmly and effectively guide patients by phone through a dental emergency- Enter all patient information into the computer software system accurately, ensuring that we have the most updated information on file for each patient, including personal information and marketing referral sources- Record allcharges and payments to patient accounts; be able to complete and explain third party financing options to patients- Acquire and verify insurance information from patients and insurance companies Requirements- At least 2 years experience in Insurance processing- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word and Outlook) and the ability to learn new programs- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills - Friendly, up beat positive demeanor with patients and the dental office team members- Exceptional customer service skills- Knowledge of dentistry and dental proceduresJob Type: Full-timeSalary: AED1.00 to AED1,000.00 /month
