Senior Demand Planning Specialist - -Dubai

Dubai -The Senior Demand Planning Specialist AH manages demand planning activities and drives consensus forecast creation in the region. Thereby she/he coordinates cross-functional inputs from business, distributors and other sources to ensure forecast is received and a robust net requirements plan is maintained in the systems and aligned with all parties. Ensures and manages cross functional alignment and decision making in the META S&OP process across all Clusters/OPUs. Drives alignment with global S&OP functions as well as the all META teams. Ensures yearly budget adherence by managing the monthly process on ROPU level. Manages and owns the improvement process to reduce back orders and optimize the ROPU results. Responsibilities: Ensures consensus forecast is maintained for all markets and products. Manages and reviews the monthly updated rolling 24M net requirements plan on ROPU level. Analyses deviations to previous months and verifies budget adherence. Challenges forecast deviations with supply chain specialists and business and proactively points out opportunities and risks. Drives the AH S&OP process together with the head of the function. Ensures consensus forecast for the region is fully aligned with global S&OP functions. Defines and sets the S&OP standards for AH in META in close alignment with the head of DP human pharma and ensures synergies are realized. Manages the yearly landing of META AH export business by measuring budget adherence of year to date numbers and year to go forecast in close collaboration with the Head of CS META and DP AH and finance on a monthly basis. Ensure launch and change implementation following the process standards. Ensures launches are properly planned and considered in foreacsting. Liaises with regulatory function, business and other stakeholders to ensure on time implementation. Initiates, drives and leads continuous process improvement initiatives in demand planning for AH. Focuses on key markets and drives their development towards the human pharma process model in close alignment with the AH business and commercial operations. Dubai -Role Summary: Owns the overall delivery of all client engagements, business development, and staff development across multiple solution practices or for a single complex, new solution offering across a single geography. Acts as a senior escalation point for clients and senior staff. Ensures that all projects within their scope are delivered on time. Responsible for delivering upsell opportunities and new clients to the practice. Responsible for the professional development of the full consulting team. Essential Responsibilities: 1.
