Dubai -The project manager will manage execution of projects in accordance with organization's project management methodology. Develops, prioritizes and submits project plans, budgets and methodologies across a range of key projects. Define project resources, performance reviews and post implementation evaluations. Takes ownership of the successful implementation of a set of projects that collectively can comprise a program. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Work closely with ADD regional / local sales teams and Informatics Sales colleagues to develop and profitably grow new and existing customer accounts Supports the overall Sales process by assisting in the planning of activities, ensuring all relevant information's are captured Build sustainable customer relationships and leverage them to grow ADD share for Abbott´s Integrated Clinical Care Solutions. Effectively applies the Integration Abbott´s Integrated Clinical Care Solutions methodology and enforces project standards and best practices Ensure all implementation projects are delivered and executed by managing Project Plans and Project Management tools Assist in the planning of Business Development, Pre-Sales, Sales activities, ensuring all relevant information is captured Supports local teams in performing software-related installation and configuration processes for Abbott´s Integrated Clinical Care Solutions Develops and implement customer specific sales and project plans Develops and deliver presentations Achieve annual Integrated Clinical Care Solutions sales goals Requirements : Managing the project to the terms and schedule outlined in the Statement of Work and driving project execution to completion Proven track record in a similar position supported by management and customer references Good IT functional expertise, IT product and industry knowledge in Healthcare and/or Laboratory Medicine Good relationship building skills with excellent consulting skills Service-driven, commercially-minded Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Strong problem solving, analytical, time management and troubleshooting skills Willingness to work in cross-functional teams The position requires the willingness to travel within EMEA on a frequent basis (min. 60%). Lead the most complex or critical projects. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Monitor progress and performance against the project plan. Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project. Bachelor’s degree in medical, life sciences or medical technology is preferred Experience Minimum 5 years working experience in IT-Project Management is a must IT-Consulting experience preferred Understands IT technology within Hospital, Outpatient Care, E-Health and Insurance Environment Understanding on how technology drives value in healthcare Strong Diagnostics experience preferred Fluent spoken and written English, Arabic is a plus
