Dubai -Location: Dubai -, United Arab Emirates Overview As a growing technology company, Kodsmith Infospica is looking to on-board a full-time Project Coordinator with experience in handling Software Projects – Websites & Web Applications, Mobile Applications, E-Commerce and Allied Digital Projects. Profound Understanding of SDLC, Business Analysis and Project Documentation are mandatory. Profiles with programming experience (in any popular language) will be given weightage. Job Description: Function as a Technical Liaison between Client, Project Development Team and other stake holders. Develop Project Strategies, Define, Maintain and Monitor Project plans, project schedules and ensure quality delivery. Assess project risks / issues and proactively offer solutions when required. Organize and Attend Stakeholder meetings and document and follow up actions and decisions. Preparing necessary presentation materials, documentation support for Pre-Sales, Sales & Project Meetings. Follow Strict Adherence to Change Management Policies. Offer Administrative Support. Research Solutions & Technical Models. Ensure projects follow predefined standards and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. Offer User Trainings and First Level of Support. Document and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders. Build Efficient, Testable, and Reusable Processes. Good knowledge of Relational Databases, Version Control Tools and of developing web services and processes. Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas. Knowledge and Experience of Best practices definitions. Highly Adaptable. Mandatory Requirements: ✔ Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Engineering / Technology / with proven experience. ✔ Experience – Minimum 6 Years of Experience in similar roles in United Arab Emirates or Experience in International Environment. ✔ Communication Skills – Excellent Verbal and Written English. ✔ Soft Skills ✔ IT Skills – MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel & Windows OS Environment, Project Management Tools, SDLC, Programming and or Digital Technologies. ✔ Have advanced skills/certification in Agile methodology. ✔ Experience or good understanding of PHP, Amazon AWS (Kinesis, Redshift, Lamda, and EMR), Linux ✔ Functional knowledge of Web Services (REST, SOAP and API methods) ✔ Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies. ✔ Willingness to Travel Locally and On-Site Assignments ✔ Documentation Experience in preparing Technical Documents – SRS, Test Cases, Technical Presentations and Project Documents.
