This person should be sales-oriented Electrical Engineer with minimum 5 years of working experience in UAE. The successful candidate for this position will be able to take a project from the conceptual stage through to completion, with budgeting and operational considerations. He will be evaluated on his ability to deliver a quality project while respecting deadlines and will act as a supervisor of all aspects of a project including management of workers on site and create a work environment that is conducive to teamwork and strong professional development. The successful candidate must be comfortable with contacting new possible business partners, be very communicative and proactive and has a good command of English and Arabic or Hindi. Beyond the required qualifications and experience, the candidate should be organized and responsive.Responsibilities and DutiesDefine system requirements and basis-for-design requirements for design-build workPreparation of Preliminary estimation, Budget estimation, Detailed estimation, Insurance claims and administration.Ensure designs meet all applicable codes and safety standardsSending Enquiries and obtaining prices, analyze prices, prepare material and labor cost estimation and bid price.Preparation of Evaluation of Tender / Contract documents and Bill of QuantitiesVisiting site and attending pre-bid meetings.Prepare Technical and Commercial bid, follow up until finalization.Conducting negotiations, Identification of cost or pricing data submitted during the negotiations and relied upon in reaching a settlement.Field observation and reporting the progress of workManage design tasks assigned; ensure quality of work in developing construction documents.Reflect all changes made in the specifications and working drawings during the construction processInform the General Manager of any modifications involving additional costsInspect, review, and prepare site inspection reportsProvide workers with adapted equipment in agreement with the General ManagerEnsure the inventory of tools on site.Conduct annual and semi-annual evaluation of the workersTransmits and ensures compliance with safety instructions to workersInteract with building owners, property management, architects, and members of design and construction team to develop the relationship.Participates in following up with the operation team for the invoicing and payments collection.Establish claims and provide solutions while limiting costsSales scope of workAt least the first two months, the successful candidate will be able to make cold calling and organize meetings with new prospects.The ideal candidate should have a customer portfolioQualifications and SkillsMinimum 5 years’ experience within UAE Market with solid knowledge in the Security, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and Fire Fighting Industry/ MEP.Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as production related software and equipment.Ability to design drafting of construction documents using Revit and AutoCADFamiliar with applicable codes and general engineering practices.Thorough knowledge of NFPA standardsKnowledge of stock listingStrong analytical and mathematical aptitudeFamiliarity with general construction practices and termsAbility to read and understand construction blueprintsAbility to multitaskGood written and oral communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with all colleaguesSelf-starter able to work within team environmentDetail oriented and thoroughness in accomplishing tasks.DCD approval + SIRADriving LicenseEnglish / Hindi speaker is a must – Arabic is a plusJob Type: Full-timeLocation: Dubai -Starting date: November 2019Salary: 5 000 AED/month + Yearly bonusVisa + Medical insurance + Ticket FlightsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: AED5,000.00 /monthExperience:Electrical Engineering: 5 years (Required)Education:Bachelor's (Preferred)

To deploy IT equipment and software, on site across the park. Provide prompt response, and timely updates to all customers for support and services. Main Duties: Delivering IT support services to all various business operations such as park operation, retail and F&B business and end users.
