About the Role: As Assistant F&B Manager, is responsible for the administration and operation of all Food and Beverage outlets ensuring maintenance of standards and maximum profitability. Reporting to the F&B Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to the Deputy General Manager to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the Food & Beverage Department. Develop and implement Food and Beverage promotions, strategies and special events in conjunction with the Executive Chef.
