Your key duties will include: Hands on operator that lives and leads the perfect guest experience, ensures the team are set up for success, and is responsible for assisting the OM/ GM in ensuring that all colleagues have full product knowledge. About You: In order to be considered for this role, you must possess the following selection criteria: Tertiary Education or Diploma in Food & Beverage Management Minimum of 1 year experience in related role with standalone/branded restaurants genuine interest in food and service. Can hold a conversation in English with confidence. Listens, understands and acts accordingly Must know and be able to demonstrate good knife skills. Must be able to operate all equipment as required. Must be signed off on the safe use of all equipment especially those that are dangerous.
