Finance & Insurance Manager Job Description: Manage F&I Process and Sales of a designated Sales Team within the Branch Network Achieve Personal and Sales Team targets set by the Account Relationship Manager To aid the sell the maximum number of New and used vehicles possible. Manage Documentation flow between AFF hub staff and F&I Work the Branch Sales Manager to achieve all Targets as set by the Account Relationship Manager Key Responsibilities: SALES PROCESS F&I Be able to demonstrate The Skills, Knowledge and controls required to manage Work with the Branch Sales Manager to deliver and grow F&I revenue Adhere to F&I SOP’S to deliver expected IPRU & KPI levels set for the Brand and Branch. Ensure ALL customers are second faced 100% of the time Ensure customers are given the world’s warmest welcome and are made to feel special. Be transparent at all times and make the buying experience easy and personal always. Customer Engagement Ensure that quality time is spent with customers by asking relevant questions. Record the answers on Fastrack to allow the correct selection of vehicle and value added products for every customer. Have a meeting with the Sales executives to discuss vehicle and value added product selection for individual customers Coach the Sales Executives through the structure of the offer to be presented to the customer. Second face every customer before they leave the showroom. Maintain and develop relationship with new and existing customers to ensure continued customer loyalty to the brand. Knowledge Ensure You and your sales executives are fully trained in products processes and systems required to achieve targets. Ensure you are aware of all competitor Products by doing Mystery shopping exercises and collecting data directly from competitor showrooms. Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Strong knowledge of F&I process, structure, systems and methodology Strong understanding of F&I products and services, Including Islamic conventional funding and Insurance features, benefits, advantages and customer eligibility. Ability to manage sales staff in the referral of customers to the F&I Manager.
