Dubai -Job Purpose To plan, initiate and conduct sales process with the customers visiting the showroom or while on sales call and contribute in achieving the sales targets. Job Requirements Education/Certification and Continued Education Degree in any discipline or through automotive vocational route Years of Experience 3 – 5 years solid experience in automotive retail/fleet sales in the UAE market. Knowledge and Skills Good knowledge of automobile sales gained through formal training or work experience. Preferably bilingual (Arabic and English) Attention to details and concern for quality Dynamic and proactive personality Essential Roles and Responsibilities Functional Roles and Responsibilities Carry out sales in accordance to pre agreed monthly targets and budgets. Prepare/ maintain call reports/log highlighting salient features and advise the Manager of the same. Report weekly/ monthly on agreed performance data, comparing actual with targeted/ budgeted performance. Attend to customers visiting the showroom, initiate sales process with them paying attention to their needs and offer qualified advice on the specifications of the product. Maintain close contact with prospect customers, make sales call and visit them to suit their schedule/ convenience. Introduce and follow up suitable sales prospects. Maintain customer database and contribute towards the development of prospects list. Keep abreast of competition in this segment of cars. Ensure pre-delivery inspections and proper documentation of the sales transaction Ensure details of all vehicle transactions are accurately completed & recorded and registered with sales administration, including payment and the registration of the vehicle with the traffic department and invoicing. Provide highest degree of customer service and satisfaction at all times in accordance with the company’s sales policies and procedures to maximize future recommended or repeat sales Ensure that the customer is aware of all available extras, accessories and warranties. Notify the customers of delay, changes in the requirements and specifications etc., if any, ensuring smooth conclusion of vehicle handover. Provide customers with qualified advice on vehicle finance and insurance facilities. Senior Project Manager – Architectural Engineering - -Dubai

Reporting to the Director of Operations for the buildings business, as a Senior Project Manager you will help deliver a continual pipeline of projects within Architectural Engineering services. You will be involved in the complete project life cycle, from early bid stage to project delivery and close out, ensuring design processes are within functional programme, budgetary, environmental and legal requirements. Based from the Dubai - Head Office and travelling to visit client across the GCC region, the position will require the following of you: - Manage and supervise a team of design professionals and other professionals through the design review process Understand the commercial delivery of projects, managing delivery within budget, scope creep and variations / change management Manage the interaction with Architects, consultants, client stakeholders, cost consultants, local authorities and specialist designers to ensure timely completion of projects Oversee the building design process to ensure compliance with local standards and guidelines ensuring that the design meets the building regulatory standards requirements and industry best practices. Assist in establishing and following a process to identify and select the architectural firm best suited for each project based on the firm’s qualifications and ability to meet performance standards Assist in bids and can write technical narrative for delivery of varied projects Understand the deployment and team required to deliver particular projects and assists in preparing the level of efforts for the bids About you As a successful candidate, you will be degree qualified in Architecture or Engineering and come with at least 15 years’ experience, recently of which will have been in managing the design of facilities or planning and coordination of capital projects that include the overall design, contract administration, cost, estimating and scheduling of activities. Most recently, you would have acquired experience with the design, planning and construction of educational facilities or similar public agencies. You will have previously interfaced with Signature Architects and have experience in coordinating front-end Concept Design. Preference will be given to those who have obtained a master’s degree and to those with a valid certificate of registration as an Architect or professional engineering body.
